The Residence Club at Seminole is a 15 room family-owned and nurse-operated assisted living home serving in Pinellas County since 1946. Our smaller, residential setting allows us to provide personal care and attention while getting to know each resident as an individual—not simply as another resident in a large facility.
Here, care is personal - whether it’s Assisted Living or Memory Care. We take the time to learn each resident’s routines, preferences, personality, and family, helping them settle into a comfortable environment that feels familiar and welcoming. With a small, consistent care team and 24/7 support, families can feel confident knowing their loved one is surrounded by people who truly know and care for them.

Finding the right fit for Dad or Mom is an important decision. We recommend coming to meet Marilyn and tell us about your loved one—what they enjoy, what they need help with, and what worries you. We’ll talk honestly about whether we can meet their needs.
If your family has the capacity to visit them often, we would love to have you visit any time you like so you stay connected. -
It’ll take time for our new residents to settle in, but we make it our mission to ease that transition for them. Tell us what makes your parent feel at home—a morning coffee, a favorite activity/snack, or a familiar routine. When we onboard a resident, Marilyn and the Caretaker will monitor them closely so they have access to any support.

Prices vary, whether you’re looking for a Semi-Private or Private room along with the type of care you need. We recommend a tour so we can understand the type of needs you have and we can walk you through the pricing, what’s included, and any additional costs.
You can pay privately, and we also accept Medicaid Long-Term Care benefits for eligible residents. Marilyn can help you understand which plans we accept.
